Unfortunately, we can't count on our cats to brush their own teeth after eating, and If you've tried brushing your cat's teeth, you know that it can
be a bit difficult.
We use the latest advances in dental technology at our veterinary clinic to treat dental problems of any size - from simple scaling and polishing, to problems with baby teeth, to dental extractions. You won't have to wait for x-rays from the lab to have work done as we are one of the few veterinary clinics in Florida to use digital x-rays, just like your family dentist.

Fleas love the tropical climate of Florida. Which is bad news for our pets during their active seasons. And because cats like to clean themselves with their own tongue, the chances that they'll digest something they shouldn't are pretty good.
Fortunately, advances in parasite control medication can help prevent
fleas and other parasites from attacking your pet. The cost of treatment is
low, application is easy and will help ensure your pet's wellness for
several months at a time.
We can even have the flea prevention medication shipped directly
to your home when you use our online
forms. How's that for convenience!

Sterilization is a non-lethal
method of reducing cat overpopulation and
the most
humane way to prevent the birth of
unwanted,
homeless cats. There are also health benefits in many cases.
Spay/Neuter Benefits include:
- Extend the life and well-being of cats by preventing
cancer and tumors
- Reduces the
homeless cat overpopulation
- Eliminates smells from spraying urine
- Reduces the number of cats euthanized at shelters each year
- Prevents howling cats
- Reduces wandering instincts to mate
- Helps reduce the multiplying colonies of 'doorstep' cats, who often pass diseases to other outdoor cats.
We recommend sterilization around 4-6 months of age for most cats. Contact us today at 813-684-7387 to schedule an appointment or for more information on our spay and neuter surgeries for cats.
We perform many types of routine and advanced surgical procedures, both outpatient and surgeries requiring a short hospitalization. Each surgery is closely monitored by one or more experienced technicians to make sure that proper vital signs and temperature are maintained throughout the procedure.
We are the largest veterinary facility in Hillsborough County and are able to offer comprehensive medical diagnostic testing and
treatment options that other veterinary clinics aren't able to provide , including soft tissue and tumor removal surgeries.
If your cat requires advanced surgical care, contact us today to discuss your situation. 813-684-7387.
Vaccinations for your kitten are done in 3 segments, with the first starting at 6-8 weeks of age and continuing every 4 weeks thereafter until 16 weeks (4 months) of age.
After the first year, cats typically only require vaccinations once a year. For older cats (10 years or older), we recommend they be brought in every six months so that we can identify and control any diseases or health issues before they become more serious.
